“Rishi Kapoor Is Cancer Free”, Reveals Filmmaker Rahul Rawail In A Facebook Post
In his latest Facebook post, filmmaker Rahul Rawail revealed that Rishi Kapoor is now “cancer free”
It’s been quite some time, since Rishi Kapoor is in New York for the medical treatment of an undisclosed ailment. While none of the Kapoor members had officially revealed about the reason of him being in the US, it was speculated that the legendary actor is suffering from cancer. Now, if filmmaker Rahul Rawail’s latest post on Facebook is to be believed, then the actor is cancer free. Yes, you read that right!
Taking to social media, the filmmaker, posted a photo with the senior actor and wrote, “RISHI KAPOOR (CHINTU) is CANCER FREE!!!!”
Well, this surely is amazing news! On last New Year’s eve, Neetu Kapoor had posted a picture of their family, including son Ranbir Kapoor’s girlfriend Alia Bhatt. In the caption, she had stated that cancer is only a zodiac sign, “Happy 2019 🎈 no resolutions only wishes this year!!! Less pollution traffic!! Hope in future cancer is only a zodiac sign !!! No hatred less poverty loads of love togetherness happiness n most imp. Good health.”
Post her cryptic post, when Rishi’s elder brother Randhir Kapoor was asked about the same, he had dismissed the rumours of him suffering from the deadly C and had told Hindustan Times, “I don’t know much about it but this much I can tell you that (Rishi Kapoor) is doing well, that’s all. Let people say whatever they want to. That he is doing well is evident from the photos that I, too, have seen... He will soon be coming back to India. We are looking forward to that right now.”
